Business Analyst 2 (Communications & Process) - #1412798

Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a Business Analyst 2 with a focus in marketing & communications. In this role you will review programming requests for correspondence templates and work with business users and IT to identify, gather, analyze, and document business system requirements for correspondence templates

Major duties

• Review programming requests for correspondence templates and work with business users and IT to identify, gather, analyze, and document business system requirements for correspondence templates
• Perform and document Gap Analysis with previous version of templates
• Work with business users to document current work flow processes and collaborate with users in identifying, defining, and documenting process improvement options and alternatives, as directed by business needs.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to create or modify complex SQL queries in a relational database
• Customer communications management (CCM) Business analyst/ UAT experience
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to gather and analyze Business requirements
• Strong problem solving skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry/ working in a data driven environment is a plus
  
  

About This Position

• Rate: $34.00-$35.21/hr
• Days / Hours: Monday-Friday/8:00am - 5:00pm
• Contract length: 4 months
• Remote (must work in EST)
