Procurement Analyst - Nekoosa - #1412815

As a Procurement Analyst with Nekoosa, you will ensure our production processes run smoothly by securing the right raw materials, at the right time, in the right place, and in the right quantity. You will play a vital role in keeping operations efficient and seamless. You’ll collaborate with teams across procurement, production, planning, customer service, and finance to keep supply chains optimized and our business thriving.

What You’ll Be Doing

Procurement & Vendor Management – Source materials, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely deliveries.

Inventory Control – Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining optimal inventory to support production schedules.

Order Processing & Data Management – Place purchase orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate transaction records.

Market Research – Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain

What It Takes

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Associate’s degree + 1 year of experience also considered).

Experience in planning, procurement, or inventory management is a plus.

Familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial but not required.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Ability to multitask, manage data, and make informed decisions.

Eager to learn and grow within the procurement field.
