- Assumes primary responsibility for coordinating and delivering individualized, age-specific patient care across all ages.
- Performs assessments, develops, implements, and revises care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team and patients' families.
- Administers treatments and medications accurately, documenting via electronic medical records (EPIC).
- Qualifications include an accredited nursing program, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR and other certifications as needed, and proficiency with electronic systems.
- Must complete orientation and meet essential job functions.
