In this role, you'll be the architect of transformation, taking established B2B products and rebuilding them as cutting-edge, cloud-native applications with AI integration at their core. You'll leverage advanced techniques like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to automate defect detection and create flawless deployments. This isn't about theoretical AI discussions—it's about shipping exceptional code that delivers real business value.

What You Will Be Doing

• Harness the power of RAG vector stores and advanced analysis tools to swiftly identify, diagnose, and resolve product defects

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
