What You’ll Do:
Accounts Payable - Process invoices and manage vendor payments
Stock in Inventory - Ensure accurate vehicle inventory records
Maintain Floor Plan - Track and reconcile dealership financing transactions
Posting Wholesale Transactions - Process wholesale vehicle sales and documentation
Additional Duties as Assigned - Support the accounting team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Franchise Dealership Experience - Required For Consideration
Tekion System Knowledge - Preferred, but not required
Detail-Oriented - Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and financial processing
Strong Computer & Analytical Skills - Ability to work efficiently in accounting software
Multi-Tasking Ability - Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
