Our HQ offices are based in Orem, UT, but this role, and most of our roles, have a hybrid or fully remote choice. As a team, we focus on results; not on where those results are achieved. THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to spearhead the strategy and execution of our integration platform, with a specific focus on connecting our inventory management solution with accounting and eCommerce systems. As the Product Manager for Integrations, you will be instrumental in expanding our platform's capabilities, enhancing user experience, and driving significant value for our customers. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, and ensure our integrations are robust, scalable, and meet the evolving needs of the market. An exciting aspect of this role will be exploring and implementing AI tools to enhance our integration capabilities and user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager build a next-generation Integration Platform for our products in the Inventory Management and Manufacturing Software space. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of product management experience, with a deep understanding of SaaS, Cloud products, and a strong preference for experience in inventory management, warehousing, manufacturing software, or eCommerce. This role is critical in driving the evolution of our product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Product Strategy & Vision:
    •  Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our integration platform, focusing on accounting (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), eCommerce (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), and other relevant business systems.
    •  Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the integration space, including the potential application of AI-powered solutions.  
    •  Translate market insights and customer feedback into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, exploring how AI can streamline data mapping, error handling, and intelligent automation within integrations.
  •  Leadership:
    •  Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product success.
    •  Stay abreast of the latest advancements in integration technologies, accounting practices, eCommerce platforms, and the evolving landscape of AI tools relevant to data integration and automation.
    •  Evaluate and recommend AI tools and technologies that can be leveraged to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and user experience of our integration platform.
  •  Product Lifecycle Management:
    •  Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and strategic initiatives, considering the integration of AI-driven features.
    •  Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration, including the development and testing of AI-powered integration components.
    •  Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  •  Customer-Centric Approach:
    •  Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and training materials for new integrations, highlighting any AI-powered benefits.
    •  Monitor and analyze the performance of existing integrations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, potentially leveraging AI for anomaly detection and proactive issue resolution.
    •  Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their integration needs, and build strong relationships, exploring how AI can personalize and enhance their integration experience.
  •  Performance Management:
    •  Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  •  Experience:
    •  5 years of product management experience, experience with a significant focus on integration platforms
    •  Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex integrations with accounting and eCommerce systems.
    •  Strong understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP), data mapping, and integration methodologies.
    •  Solid knowledge of accounting principles and common accounting software.
    •  Familiarity with various eCommerce platforms and their integration capabilities.
    •  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    •  Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
    •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.  
    •  A strong interest in and understanding of the potential applications of AI in data integration and automation.
  •  Skills:
    •  Experience building extensible and configurable integration platforms.
    •  Familiarity with iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions.
    •  Experience working in a SaaS environment.
    •  Prior experience in the inventory management or supply chain industry.
    •  Experience with or knowledge of specific AI/ML tools and platforms relevant to data processing and integration (e.g., natural language processing for data mapping, machine learning for anomaly detection).
  •  Education:
    •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  •  Technically Fluent—You possess a high level of technical understanding that helps you prioritize paydown of technical debt, architectural tradeoffs, and technical feasibility.
  •  Focused on the Customer—You have a deep understanding of your customers and their challenges, regularly gathering feedback through usage data and direct engagement. You bring this context to your team and the development organization.
