Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our company's fleet operations. The Fleet Manager will manage a fleet of vehicles, ensure proper maintenance, coordinate repairs, and optimize fleet efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of fleet management best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles, ensuring they are in safe and reliable condition
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, registrations, and licensing to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce fuel costs
• Manage fleet inventory, including tracking vehicle assignments, maintenance schedules, and replacement cycles
• Collaborate with drivers to address any concerns or issues related to vehicle performance or safety
• Analyze data on fleet performance and generate reports on key metrics such as fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fleet management technology

Requirements:

• Biligual in Spanish and English. Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of fleet management best practices and industry regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team of drivers and mechanics
• Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
