Maintaining product and customer data for accuracy and uniformity to support exceptional customer experience.

  • Ecommerce Site User Setup
  • Assist Customers and Employees with Ecommerce Site
  • Issue Retainer Trouble Tickets for The Ecommerce Site
  • Research And Collect Data
  • Data Entry in Excel
  • Data Audit
  • QC Data Imports
  • ERP Product Setup
  • Manage Request Emails
  • Various Department Tasks
  • Department Training
  • Company Training
  • Participate Team Meeting

Qualifications

  • Time management
  • Critical thinking
  • Intermediate computer knowledge required
  • Beginner Microsoft Office user required
  • Decision making ability
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Multi-tasking
