Full-time Registered Nurse position available for all shifts with a $10,000 retention bonus.
- Provide compassionate mental health inpatient care and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and Technicians.
- Collaborate on treatment plans, serve as Medication Nurse, and assist staff as needed.
- Act as liaison between clinical and medical teams, ensuring quality care per ANA standards.
- Participate in performance improvement and serve as a professional role model.
- Qualifications: RN licensure, at least 2 years nursing experience (1 in mental health), BLS and crisis intervention certifications, and psychiatric training.
