Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care, supervise LPNs, and ensure high-quality services.
- Evaluate nursing staff performance every 30 days through patient and family feedback.
- Provide on-the-job training and develop comprehensive care plans based on assessments and physician input.
- Coordinate care with community organizations, interpret diagnoses, and supervise treatments for patients and families.
- Complete documentation promptly and handle on-call responsibilities, including emergency support and follow-up.
- Qualifications include nursing degree, NY license, 2+ years experience, and a valid driver’s license.
- Supervise LPN staff ongoingly.
