We’re searching for a Luxury Meeting Planner to bring energy, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to our luxury automotive events. In this dynamic role, you’ll orchestrate every aspect of high-end gatherings and collaborate closely with OEM Dealerships to design exclusive in-market tours. Your expertise in site selection and event execution will shine as you partner with our talented OEM Design Center team—both on-site and virtually—to deliver seamless, memorable meetings.

Work Environment: On-site in Warren, MI

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and execute luxury events and meetings that exceed expectations
• Partner with venues to perfect every detail, from room setup to ambiance
• Collaborate with Dealerships and the JD Concierge team to plan engaging tours, manage vehicle logistics, and curate unique event activities
• Deliver hands-on support at event venues, ensuring every moment runs smoothly
• Facilitate and enhance activities that delight our guests
• Manage travel logistics and budgets with precision
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry
• A keen understanding of luxury markets and discerning customers
• Proven skills in meeting logistics and event planning
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft applications and social media platforms
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A collaborative spirit and a genuine passion for teamwork
• The ability to listen deeply and deliver on our clients’ highest expectations
• Ability to travel to event locations within the United States, up to 20% of the time
