Short Description

Assist Compliance Manager to ensure Joint Commission/CMS LS/EC regulatory compliance relating to the facilities maintenance world.

  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections and tests as required by several AHJ’s.
  • Manage and report on Inspection, testing and maintenance work orders in the CMS4 work order system.
  • Compile, review and report on various compliance binders as required.
  • Perform maintenance TJC rounding to ensure and verify constant compliance.
  • Schedule assorted vendors for Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual inspections and testing.
  • Assist with moving maintenance compliance to a digital binder platform.

Experience Required

0-2 years preferred

Education Requirements

Hospital Joint Commission EC/LS Regulatory experience preferred.

High School / GED
