The Role
- Support logistics/planning of leisure package experiences with DOM/PRD
- Assist with preparation of brand PPT for budget presentation 10/12 with DOM
- Assist with planning and implementing special promotional events/related media coverage
- Support the planning of photo shoots and filming in the hotel
- Create presentation materials for marketing, sales and budget presentations
- Provide media with relevant hotel information as necessary in conjunction with PRD and Agency
- Manage Hotel Calendar to communicate relevant city and property/holiday happenings
- Coordinate details for media/VIP visits. Conduct and coordinate hotel tours as needed
- Update and maintain press kits, files, photography, PR summaries
- Top of market pay.
