Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage of team of people with a mandate to drive 6.5k applications to comply with CSO IAM policy requirements and controls, with an emphasis on risk-based prioritization.
• This role requires an experienced leader to support a team driving a large inventory of non-compliant applications to IDP migration and MFA enforcement and then supporting a multi-year transformation of our authentication platform, to consolidate under a single strategic identity provider.
• Accountable for enumerating, analyzing, understanding, tracking, and working with the owners of our highest risk applications, ranked by risk.
• Funnel all of these through to completion, working with our Application Onboarding team.
• Emphasis on growing new talent to become experts in this functional area, drive our transformation and consolidation to a single strategic IDP solution, and support the continued maturation and enforcement of our MFA policies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical fields and/or 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Recent supervisory experience managing a team of 5-10 people
• Advanced degrees preferred, background in Cybersecurity preferred
• Specific experience with:
• Entra ID and other identity providers (IDPs)
• IDP onboarding and migration projects
• Industry standard IDP integration patterns, including SAML and OIDC
• Large-scale enterprise solution rollout
  
  
  

Education:

Preferred Masters degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Cyber Security related fields.

Experience:

Typically requires 8-10 years experience.

Our Assoc Director-Cybersecurity , earns between $174,100.00-$261,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
