What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians across service areas
- Dispatch service calls with efficiency and urgency
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and service windows
- Maintain accurate service logs, parts inventory, and job status updates
- Support techs in the field by ordering parts and tracking job progress
- Leverage your HVAC/R or kitchen equipment knowledge to streamline operations
- Prior experience dispatching for HVAC, refrigeration, and/or commercial kitchen equipment service teams
- Skilled in customer service and clear communication
- Proficient with scheduling software (Quick books and intuit field service)
- A problem-solver who keeps calm under pressure
- Organized, dependable, and a true team player
