Responsibilities
$100-$115k per year
Responsibilities
- Investigate statutes, case law, legal articles, and regulations.
- Prepare summaries and memos based on findings.
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and affidavits.
- Prepare correspondence related to legal cases.
- Organize and maintain case files.
- Assemble exhibits, evidence, and trial notebooks.
- Assist with pre-trial discovery, including document production and depositions.
- Conduct client interviews and gather relevant case information.
- File legal documents with courts
- A minimum of eight-ten years of experience in a paralegal role Experience with e-discovery, ideally with Disco.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate sound judgment in resolving complex matters and the ability to analyze diverse sources of information to solve problems.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse group of individuals, from support staff to senior business leaders.
- Ability to foster a positive and motivating working environment Exercise extreme discretion and confidentiality with clients.
$100-$115k per year
