Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) is looking to hire an Animal Placement
Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will oversee PACCs dog
outcomes programs, using data-driven strategies to enhance placement
success and accessibility. This includes collaborating across
departments, developing innovative initiatives, improving the customer
experience, and supporting front-facing staff. In addition, you will
also recruit and manage animal fosters to develop customer service and
positive outcomes for pets and people.
Essential Functions

- Provide leadership and front-facing management of placement
to enhance team performance and efficiency;
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels by
matchmaking, and placement guidance;
- Utilize data tracking and analytics to assess program performance,
placement outcomes. Prepare and present reports on placement
activities, program success, and areas for improvement;
- Provide specialized animal handling for dogs with varying behavioral

individual needs of each animal;
- Provide informed placement recommendations for dogs, including those
decision discussions by assessing placement options while
