Pride Motor Group is a leader in automotive retail in the Greater Lynn area. We are looking to add a self-motivated and experienced Parts Managers to join our team. The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to internal and external customers.

- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, track orders, and help negotiate pricing when needed.
- Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status
- Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers
- Collaborate closely with Service Managers and other management
- Review shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate
- Ensure that the parts department is well-organized, clean, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of inventory
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
- Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization
- Prior experience in parts management within the automotive industry of at least 3 years.
- Knowledge of Hyundai, Kia, and parts catalog and ordering processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years auto parts management experience
- Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
- Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
- Experience with Tekion preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
