- Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and psychopharmacology staff to deliver supportive, patient-centered services.
- Create treatment plans, conduct biopsychosocial evaluations, and offer short-term and long-term therapy.
- Engage in crisis management and integrate behavioral health with primary care.
- Must be licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts, with supervision provided if not yet licensed.
- Experience with diverse populations and bilingual skills a plus.
