What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or management
Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead a team effectively
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus
