- Unique door-to-door car service provided, including personal driver for cases.
- Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care while adhering to regulatory standards.
- Requires NY State PT license and graduation from an accredited program.
- Flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with optional weekend coverage.
- Work setting is primarily in-home, in person.
