We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our Manufacturing team!

- Do you thrive on process improvement? You will identify and optimize current and new manufacturing processes using continuous improvement techniques, directly impacting our operational efficiency and quality standards.
- Are you skilled at designing practical solutions? Identify, design and validate specialized tooling including mechanized equipment, mechanical inspection fixtures, and alignment tools that enable effective product assembly while minimizing complexity.
- Do you excel at creating clear documentation? Develop and author SOPs, Work Instructions, Bills of Material, Purchasing Specs, Test Methods, and Validation Protocols that guide our manufacturing teams to success.
- Are you excited about cutting-edge technology? Support the development and implementation of new technology solutions including automation, vertical integration, and innovative process development that expand our manufacturing capabilities.
- Do you provide reliable ongoing support? Offer sustaining support to manufacturing throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
- Do you contribute to risk management? Participate in risk management activities including FMEA studies to identify and mitigate potential issues before they impact production.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in production fabrication/assembly processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS-Project, Visio) and high proficiency in MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels, including presenting information to co-workers, supervisors, managers, and executives.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret complex documents such as safety rules, operating manuals, contracts/agreements, and service procedure manuals.
- Preferred qualifications: AutoCAD and SolidWorks knowledge, Spanish language skills.
- Travel requirement: Must be willing to travel to our Tijuana, MX locations as needed.
