This role manages payroll processing, benefits administration, and policy updates, ensuring alignment with company objectives and employment laws. They support the entire recruitment lifecycle, facilitating new hire orientations and assisting in employee relations initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in HR compliance/management, talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and exceptional communication skills. A passion for employee engagement, process improvement, and fostering a strong company culture is essential.
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
