Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all elements of events are managed efficiently
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources
• Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Ensure each event aligns with branding and communication goals
• Address and resolve issues that arise during the planning and execution process
• Track feedback and prepare post-event reports for evaluation
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination or related roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
• Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
