About The Role
As an Intern in the manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creative design team to create equipment training materials for manufacturing operators. Your contributions will directly impact the development of innovative designs that meet equipment requirements and improve user experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while collaborating with experienced professionals. You will be involved in brainstorming sessions, assisting in the creation of design prototypes, and refining existing concepts. Ultimately, your work will help shape the future of our product offerings and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
The required skills in creative design will be utilized daily as you create visual representations of product ideas and collaborate with team members to refine these concepts. Your proficiency in design software will enable you to produce high-quality graphics and prototypes that effectively communicate your ideas. Additionally, your research skills will help you stay informed about current trends, allowing you to contribute valuable insights during team discussions. Overall, both required and preferred skills will be essential in fostering a collaborative and innovative design process.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Previous internship or project experience in a design-related role.
- Familiarity with a variety of design systems in photo, video, and audio
- Assist in the development of training concepts and prototypes for learning management system
- Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and iterate on design ideas.
- Conduct research on equipment usage from Subject Matter Experts including Safe Work Methods
- Prepare presentations and visual materials to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks related to the design process.
