The Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy supports the entire market positioning of Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting to develop and maintain CRI’s competitive advantage, brand awareness, and employee communications. The Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy collaborates with the Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting department leaders to develop and implement employee communications, external branding, marketing efforts and lead generation tasks to grow the value and portfolio of Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting’s services and product extensions. The Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy supports the organization’s financial performance, image and competitive positioning compared to competitors.
This position consistently provides competent, courteous, prompt service to internal and external customers and partners to develop and maintain a competitive advantage. The Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy regularly promotes and engages in teamwork, collaboration and transparency among colleagues and pursues career development through professional organizations, networking, continuing education and training opportunities. This exempt, full-time position reports to the Vice President of Business Development.
The successful candidate will be able to operate independently, with integrity, and will be extremely organized with complete attention to detail. The candidate will be highly driven with excellent follow-through and a focus on owning the outcome, as well as an ability to focus on the most important objective at the current moment, with a high level of adaptability.

Essential Functions Of The Job
- Create, implement and maintain brand standards/guidelines throughout the organization and support continuity with branded templates and tools for cross-organization use. This includes email, websites, social media, literature, employment documents, etc.
- Analyze how Concept Rehab and Engage Consulting brand is positioned in the market and shape targeted consumer insights and buying motivations through content marketing strategies.
- Assist the team to translate brand/marketing strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Establish performance specifications, cost parameters, market applications and buyer trends.
- Contribute to the development of innovative growth strategies in new geographical markets and implement coordinating market-based strategies.
- Implement lead generation strategies to promote qualified opportunities to the sales team, including but not limited to outboard marketing campaigns, sponsorship/advertising, webinar series implementation, cold calling, video/digital assets, trade show booth attendance, networking meetings, etc.
- Measure and report performance of all multi-media campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Monitor market trends, research consumer behaviors and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Create and implement advertising, graphic design, website/blog, and SEO strategies that ensure consistency with product line strategy.
- Monitor consumer reactions to co-create customer-centric client engagement relationship mappings.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, remove barriers, and create solutions to meet deadlines and project milestones.
- Contribute equally to the team and get the best from everyone to catalyze company success.
- Compose and assist with marketing letters, brochures and proposals.
- Consistently portray the mission, vision, core values, cornerstones and professional image of Concept Rehab, exercise good judgment in the performance of the job.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HubSpot, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Recruiting/Hiring platform advanced experience or certifications
- Must possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license.
