The Engineering Technician will support an interdisciplinary team of engineers and scientists in developing drug manufacturing processes. Duties will include assembly, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of process equipment, and proposing and implementing safety and workstream improvements. The ideal candidate will develop expertise in specific pharmaceutical manufacturing unit operations, take responsibility for equipment improvements, and execute experimental plans with minor supervision.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Assembles, operates, cleans, and maintains process equipment
- Proposes and implements safety and workstream improvements
- Executes experimental plans with minor supervision
- Responsibilities may increase in scope to align with company initiates
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Logical approach to troubleshooting
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to work off-hour shifts as required by project needs
- Adheres to consistent and predicable in-person attendance
- Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams
- Accepts feedback from a variety of sources and constructively manages conflict
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum is required
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or scientific discipline is preferred
- Strong candidates will demonstrate a combination of education and/or hands-on experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment as appropriate for each activity
- Ability to walk between multiple facilities
